Well I had the Motorola XOOM since the first month it came out but didn’t want to get all over the place with posts on Droidpirate.com; wanted to stick to similar topics. Anyways here is a 1 Click Root method for the Motorola XOOM if you are running the 3G/4G or the WiFi only version this will root your device without the hassle of going through all of the ADB commands.

Step 1. Make sure your XOOM is in USB Debugging mode
Step 2. You DO NOT need to have the Android SDK or any IMGs installed
Step 3. If your XOOM is bricked Droidpirate.com cannot be held responsible
Step 4. Unzip the ZIP file (can be downloaded below).
Step 5. After you extracted the contents of the zip file running the OneClickRoot.exe (executable application).
Step 6. Follow the on screen prompts and you have simply rooted your Motorola XOOM 3G/4G/WiFi Enjoy
